Check Your Email

After booking, you'll get a link to your customer portal where you can sign waivers and find the essential pickup and drop-off details.

Pick Up Downtown

Bike rentals and helmets will be locked on the racks outside Triangle Vinyl. Water gear will be ready for pickup inside. Your bike lock code is the last four digits of the phone number used to book.

Drop It Back Off

When you're done, return your gear to the same pickup area and follow the return instructions in your customer portal.

Good to Know

Call us at (352) 234-3655 and we'll let you know what's available. We're open Thurs – Sun, 9 AM – 6:00 PM. If we can accommodate a same-day rental, we absolutely will.
Pick up is at Triangle Vinyl in downtown Clermont — 792 W Montrose St, Clermont, FL 34711. Bikes are locked to the racks outside the storefront; water gear is ready inside.
Your bike locks use the last four digits of the phone number you used when booking your reservation.
Change your reservation through your customer portal (linked in your booking confirmation email), or give us a call. To cancel — call or email us. Any cancellation within 24 hours of your start time is nonrefundable.
If the weather looks like it might ruin your fun and it's before the 24-hour window, we're happy to reschedule, give you a store credit, or issue a refund. If it's within 24 hours and the weather looks unsafe (thunder/lightning), we'll make an exception and issue refunds. For a little rain — we'll pack some parkas with your gear 🌧
